Egg And Ham Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)
    2 c. chopped ham
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
    7 eggs, slightly beaten
    2/3 c. crushed crackers (about 15)
    sliced mushrooms and sliced squash (optional)
Preparation
    Cook onions in butter until tender.
    Combine all ingredients together.
    Pour into 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch pan or dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
