Ceviche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. baby shrimp
2 cans clams
1 large cucumber
2 large tomatoes
1 medium onion
1 bunch cilantro
3 carrots
6 limes
2 jalapenos
3 Tbsp. garlic salt
2 avocados
Preparation

Rinse shrimp and place in large bowl.
Drain, reserving liquid. Add clams to bowl.
Add minced cucumber, minced onion, cilantro, 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes, chopped carrots and lime juice from limes.
Add reserved liquid from clams.
Add jalapenos with seeds removed unless you like it hot.
Mix well.
Add garlic salt for flavor.
Add avocados last.
Serve with tortilla chips.
