Onion Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bacon strips, diced
    4 medium onion, finely diced
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tube crescent rolls
Preparation
    In skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
    Drain bacon; discard drippings.
    In same skillet, cook onion in oleo until tender; cool.
    In mixing bowl, combine sour cream, flour and salt.
    Add eggs; stir in bacon and onion; set aside.
    Separate crescent rolls into 4 rectangles.
    Pat dough into bottom and 1-inch up sides of 9-inch square greased pan, stretching as needed.
    Pinch edges together to seal.
    Pour mixture over dough.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool slightly.
    Yields 16.
