Hot Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, unsweetened and in own juice
    6 slices white bread, cubed
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, saving juice, cream butter and sugar.
    Beat in 4 eggs, add pineapple and 1/2 cup juice.
    Stir in bread cubes and bake in greased casserole at 350\u00b0 until knife inserted in center comes out clean, approximately 1 hour.
    Enjoy with ham and chicken dishes.
