Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. raw rice
    1/4 c. onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Combine meat, rice, onion, salt and pepper.
    Form into small balls and brown in oil.
    Add tomato sauce and water.
    Simmer, covered, about 45 minutes.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
