Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 large cheese whip
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 egg
    2 fistfuls saltine crackers
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add onion; cook until yellow and tender.
    Add cheese whip.
    Cook broccoli; drain.
    Add broccoli to cheese mixture.
    Add egg; stir through the mixture.
    Add 2 fistfuls of saltine crackers to mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
