Meat Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. tomatoes, cut up
1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. dry oregano
Preparation

Mix onion, meat and garlic.
Cook
until browned.
Skim off fat.
Add the rest and 2 cups water.
Cook slowly.
The longer you simmer the better flavor it has.
Pour over cooked spaghetti.
