Campfire Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
3 tsp. oil
1 large onion, chopped
2 cans Campbell's vegetable soup
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown meat and onion in large skillet until meat loses its red color and onion is light brown.
Pour off excess fat.
Add the vegetable soup and enough water to prevent sticking.
Cover and cook slowly until meat is cooked all through.
