Norwegian Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. coconut
    1 3/4 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. nuts or more
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Stir all dry ingredients together, then add 1 cup melted butter and last add 1 beaten egg.
    Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet or roll in balls and then flatten.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Melt 2 or 3 cubes of almond bark and drizzle over cookie.
    (If almond bark is too thick, add a little oil.)
