Chicken Salad Hawaiian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boiled chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/8 c. chopped onion
    3 chopped sweet gherkin pickles
    2 hard-boiled egg whites
    1/2 c. pineapple tidbits, well drained (reserve juice)
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 c. nonfat sour cream
    1/4 c. nonfat mayonnaise
Preparation
    Boil and cube chicken.
    Add celery, onion, pickles, egg whites, pineapple tidbits, and nuts.
    Mix well.
    In separate small bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and enough pineapple juice to make a medium sauce.
    Pour over mixture and blend well.
    Serve on lettuce leaf or scooped out tomato.
    Garnish with paprika.
