Caramel Apple Cake Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. diced apples
1/2 c. sugar
2 small eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix apples and sugar and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.
Add beaten eggs, salt, cinnamon and chopped nuts.
Mix; sift together flour and soda and stir into first mixture.
Pour into a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
