Yogurt Salad Dressing Or Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt or 4 c. yogurt, drained
1 c. seeded, finely diced cucumber
1 tsp. finely minced garlic (1 large clove)
2 Tbsp. finely snipped fresh dill or 2 tsp. dried dill weed
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. white vinegar
salt (if desired, to taste)
Preparation

Combine all the ingredients and chill the sauce.
This is an excellent topping for many vegetarian and Middle Eastern dishes as well as for salad vegetables.
