Pimento-Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. sherry
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears, cooked
    4 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
    1 jar pimento, cut
    2/3 c. cracker crumbs (for topping)
    stick oleo
Preparation
    Melt cheese in milk and sherry (low heat).
    Pour 1/2 in baking dish; layer broccoli, eggs and pimentos.
    Add remaining sauce and top with cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until crumbs are golden, about 20 to 25 minutes.
