Wheat Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. wheat flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. melted margarine
1 egg
Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients into a bowl.
Mix milk, beaten egg and margarine in a bowl, then mix with the dry ingredients and stir well.
Pour into baking cups and bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
