Artichoke Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. chicken broth
    2 c. rice
    5 stalks celery
    1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
    1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    5 green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. olives, chopped
    3 small jars, chopped
    artichokes (in oil), drained
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Bring broth to boil.
    Add rice.
    Cook 20 minutes or until done.
    Add all vegetables and artichokes.
    Add artichoke liquid and mayonnaise.
    Sprinkle on curry powder and mix well.
    Chill.
