Hot Clam Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 onion, minced
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 can minced clams, drained
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/4 lb. American cheese, diced
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook in double boiler; melt butter in pan and saute onion and green pepper for 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Heat to boiling.
    Can be made in morning and reheated before serving. Serves 16.
