Cholent - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box marrow beans
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. breast flanken
    1 onion, sliced
    6 potatoes, peeled
    meat bones (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    water
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight in water.
    Drain.
    Put all ingredients in ovenproof casserole.
    Cover with water and bring to boil.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Remove cover last 1/2 hour to brown.
    Serves 6.
