Leftovers In Cream Sauce Over Noodles(Serves 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked and cubed turkey, ham, chicken or tofu
12 oz. dry medium egg noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
12 oz. sour cream
1 c. milk
1 small onion, diced
1 Tbsp. olive oil
black pepper to taste
paprika to taste
Preparation

Put hot water on for egg noodles and cook according to package directions.
Saute onion and mushrooms in olive oil until tender. Add sour cream, soup and milk.
Stir to combine.
Continue to cook over medium to low heat.
Add cubed meat or tofu and gently cook all until noodles are done, 10 to 15 minutes.
Add black pepper and paprika.
Serve over noodles.
Easy to double.
