Number One Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine (1 stick)
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. instant potato flakes
    1 c. hot water
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. water
    4 1/2 c. sifted flour (all-purpose or unbleached)
    melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine 1/2 cup butter, sugar, salt, potato flakes and hot water in saucepan.
    Over low heat, stir to melt butter and dissolve potato flakes and sugar.
    Cool to lukewarm.
