Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. or 2 c. uncooked macaroni
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
Preparation
    Cook macaroni and set aside.
    In a medium saucepan, melt margarine and stir in flour and salt until smooth.
    Gradually stir in milk and cook and stir until mixture thickens.
    Remove from heat and add cheese; stir until melted.
    Pour over macaroni and mix well.
