Raspberry Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small shallot, minced
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    3 Tbsp. raspberry vinegar
    1 c. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. whipping cream
    salt and pepper (to taste)
Preparation
    In food processor, process shallot, mustard and vinegar.
    In a slow, thin stream, add 1/2 cup olive oil.
    Slowly blend in remaining oil.
    Blend in cream.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Makes 1 cup.
