Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 unbaked pie shells
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. white Karo syrup (16 oz.)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Makes 2 pies.
    Beat butter and sugar together.
    Add Karo syrup and salt.
    Beat.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Beat.
    Stir in pecans. Pour into pie shells.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    After 30 minutes, cover with foil to keep from getting too brown.
