Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 can red kidney beans, washed
    1 large onion
    1 green pepper, chopped fine and browned
    garlic salt to taste
    1 regular can tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. chili powder (to taste)
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Brown beef, pepper and onion.
    Add the remaining ingredients except the kidney beans.
    Cook, uncovered, about 3 hours.
    Add the red kidney beans the last 30 minutes.
