Hot Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    few grains salt
    1 sq. chocolate
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add sugar, salt and chocolate in saucepan.
    Cook slowly until chocolate dissolves, stirring constantly.
    Add milk; cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly.
    Add vanilla. Serves 4.
    Chopped, salted nuts may be added.
