Venison Swiss Steak(Serves 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. venison steak
3 c. tomato juice
1 tsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf
Preparation

Mix flour, salt and pepper.
Pound and press mixture into both sides of steak.
Melt butter in large frypan, add steak and fry to a crispy brown.
Pour the rest of the ingredients over steak. Cover and simmer for 2 1/2 hours.
