Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. light mayonnaise
    2 tsp. flour
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. (7 1/2 oz.) crab meat, drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese, grated
    1/3 c. sliced green onions
Preparation
    Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk.
    Mix until blended. Stir in crab meat, cheese and onions. Pour into 9-inch pie plate (no crust).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes and you've got it!
