Chicken And Broccoli Casserole(My Sister Paula'S Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked broccoli (fresh or frozen)
    1 c. mayonnaise (preferably Hellmann's)
    2 cans cream of chicken, celery or mushroom soup
    4 chicken breasts, cooked, deboned and cubed
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    1/2 c. celery
    1 medium onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 stick margarine (for top of casserole)
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 medium box Velveeta cheese, cubed
    dry bread crumbs or Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion in 1 tablespoon margarine.
    Grease an oblong casserole dish (Pam spray or Crisco).
    Pour all of the ingredients in, except bread crumbs or
    Pepperidge Farm stuffing and 1/2 stick margarine.
    Top with bread crumbs or stuffing and dot with margarine.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Delicious!!
