Spinach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. fresh spinach
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow pepper
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 Tbsp. olive oil
1/3 c. crumbled Blue cheese
8 slices bacon
Preparation

Pull the stems off the spinach and wash the leaves.
Pat dry. Tear the spinach into pieces.
Cut the peppers in strips and add it to the spinach.
Cook bacon and crumble into salad.
Shake the vinegar, salt and pepper in a jar.
Add oil and shake again. Crumble the Blue cheese and add it to the dressing.
Pour dressing over salad and toss.
