Crust Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 whole chicken breasts, split and skinned
1/4 c. mustard
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 Tbsp. melted butter
6 Tbsp. plain yogurt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brush chicken breasts with mustard and set aside.
In a large shallow dish, mix together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, salt, garlic powder and oregano.
Roll chicken in bread crumbs mixture.
Place in large lightly greased pan, meaty side up.
Drizzle chicken with melted butter.
Bake uncovered 50 minutes or until tender.
Arrange in a dish.
Top with yogurt or sour cream.
