Molho Verde Cru(Portuguese Sauce For Fish) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove garlic
1/4 c. minced green onion with tops or snipped chives
4 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Cut garlic and rub the inside of small mixing bowl with cut sides, pressing to crush slightly (discard remaining garlic). Combine remaining ingredients in the bowl.
Cover and chill. Serve over cooked fish fillets or cooked seafood.
Makes about 1/2 cup sauce.
