Blueberry Topping - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1/2 c. sugar
3 c. blueberries
1 c. water
2 tsp. lemon juice
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. cold water
Preparation
- 
                            Heat blueberries with water, sugar and lemon juice.
Dissolve cornstarch in 1/4 cup water (cold).
Stir in blueberry mixture and cook until thick and clear.
Cool.
Can be used as pie filling or topping for cheese cake.
