Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 stick butter
2 c. coconut
Preparation

Mix sugar, buttermilk, eggs, vanilla and flour.
Then melt butter; add to mixture and then add coconut.
Cook about 45 minutes or 1 hour.
Cook at 350\u00b0.
