Polenta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 1/3 c. water
    salt
    2 2/3 c. coarse cornmeal
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil.
    Add salt and sprinkle in cornmeal, stirring constantly.
    Cook over low heat for 40 minutes.
    Polenta is cooked when it begins to leave the sides of the saucepan.
