Beef Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburg
    5 tsp. Morton Quick salt
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. hickory smoked salt
    3 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    Knead daily for the next 3 days.
    On the fourth day, shape into 5 small loaves. Place on a cookie sheet; bake for 10 hours at 200\u00b0.
    Turn after 5 hours.
    Wrap and refrigerate or freeze.
