Potato And Pea Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    1 onion
    1 pat oleo or butter
    milk
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into small chunks, add package of peas with pieces of onion, cut small.
    Add water.
    Bring to boil.
    When potatoes are tender, drain off 1/2 to 2/3 of water.
    Add milk to cover ingredients.
    Heat to boiling, adding salt, pepper and butter to taste.
    Serves well with hot muffins or biscuits. Amount of ingredients can be increased or decreased according to preference.
