Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. melted margarine
1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation

Drain pineapple.
Save 6 tablespoons of juice. Combine sugar and flour.
Stir in 6 tablespoons of pineapple juice.
Add 1 cup cheese and pineapple. Mix well and spoon into greased 1-quart casserole dish. Combine melted margarine and crackers.
Spread on top.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
