Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium peppers
    1/4 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. uncooked instant rice
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    cheese to taste
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Cut tops off green peppers.
    Remove seeds.
    Wash and cook 5 minutes in boiling water (salted) deep enough to cover peppers. Drain and set aside.
