Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. instant potato flakes
1 pkg. RapidRise yeast
1 c. hot water
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 c. corn oil
1 1/2 c. warm water
6 c. bread flour

Preparation

Step 1 (Morning):
Mix first 4 ingredients and let set all day at room temperature.
