Delphine'S Cake Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Duncan Hines white cake mix
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
    1 large Cool Whip
    1/2 c. Angel Flake coconut
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 3/4 c. milk
    cherries (optional)
Preparation
    Bake cake in 11 x 18 x 1-inch cookie sheet for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Let cool thoroughly.
    Mix pudding, using 1 3/4 cups milk.
    Add cream cheese and mix thoroughly.
    Spread over top of cake like frosting.
    Add pineapple over pudding.
    Spread Cool Whip like icing.
    Sprinkle with generous coating of coconut.
    Add cherries, if desired.
