Reduced Sodium Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes
    2 hard-cooked eggs
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    4 green onions, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, diced
    1/4 c. low-fat plain yogurt
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. vinegar
    pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in water until tender, about 20 minutes.
    Drain and cool.
    Peel and cut into cubes; combine remaining ingredients and mix into potatoes.
