Mandy'S Crunchy Chicken Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole boneless, skinless chicken breast
    potato chips or crackers
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Have a grown-up help you cut the chicken into finger-size pieces.
    Fill a large, Ziploc bag with potato chips or crackers.
    Seal it shut.
    Crush the chips or crackers by banging on them with the back of a wooden spoon.
    In a small bowl, beat the egg and milk with a fork.
    Dip the chicken pieces into the egg mixture, then place them, one piece at a time, into the bag.
    Shake each gently to cover with the chips or crackers. Place the coated chicken pieces on an ungreased cookie sheet.
    With the help of a parent, place in the oven.
    Bake for 10 minutes, then turn over the pieces.
    Bake for another 10 minutes. Dip the fingers into barbecue sauce, salsa or your favorite sauce. Serves 2.
