Sauerkraut Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. country-style pork ribs
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 (28 oz.) can sauerkraut
salt and pepper to taste
garlic to taste
Preparation
-
Place spareribs in bottom of crock-pot.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer 6 to 8 hours on low-medium heat.
Serve with crusty rolls.
