Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4-5 medium to large yellow squash
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. cracker crumbs, crushed
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    2/3 c. (small can) evaporated milk
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. sugar
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. potato chips, crushed
Preparation
    Cook squash and drain.\tBeat eggs, slightly.
    Mix all ingredients together, except potato chips.\tPlace into a 9 inch x 13 inch pan that has been sprayed with a vegetable spray.\tTop with potato chips.\tBake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
