Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    cornstarch
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 tsp. minced, peeled ginger root or 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    salad oil
    2 bunches watercress
    1/4 c. frozen peas, thawed
    1/3 c. unsalted roasted cashews
    2 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
    5 cherry tomatoes, each cut in half
Preparation
    Cut each chicken breast in half.
    Cut 2 breast halves into 3/4-inch chunks.
    Cut remaining 2 halves crosswise in 1/8-inch thick slices.
