Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. minced onion
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
shortening
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except shortening, chili sauce and jelly well.
Shape into balls and brown in shortening (can also bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until brown).
Heat chili sauce and grape jelly over low heat in crock-pot.
Add meatballs and simmer for several hours, stirring occasionally.
Yields approximately 50 meatballs.
