Honey Apple Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 lb. apples
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 1/2 c. honey
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Wash and quarter apples.
    Cover with water.
    Add lemon juice and simmer until soft.
    Drain through jelly bag.
    Measure 4 cups juice into kettle and boil 5 minutes.
    Add honey and spices.
    Boil for 8 minutes more.
    Pour into sterilized jelly glasses and seal.
