Southern Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. sifted flour
    1 Tbsp. yellow corn meal
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 whole egg
    3 separated eggs
    1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
    1 1/4 c. pineapple-orange juice
    1 c. water
    cooked pastry shell
Preparation
    Combine 1 cup sugar, flour, meal, butter, whole egg and 3 yolks; beat 1 minute.
    Add pineapple-orange juice and water.
    Cook until thick.
    (This can be done in microwave for 5 minutes, stirring once.)
    Slowly add lemon juice.
    Cook 1 minute longer. Add to cooked pastry shell.
