Savory Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef, cut in 2-inch cubes
    3 bouillon cubes in 3 c. hot water
    6 carrots, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    8 small whole onions
    2 (4 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 Tbsp. finely cut up parsley
    2 Tbsp. fat
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper and thyme
Preparation
    In preheated electric skillet at 325\u00b0, brown beef in melted fat.
    Add seasonings and bouillon.
    Reduce heat to 200\u00b0; cover and cook 35 minutes.
    Add carrots and onions; cook an additional 25 minutes.
    Add mushrooms.
    Cover and steam 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
    Serves 6 to 8.
