Johnny Appleseed Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
6 c. peeled and sliced apples
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Combine the 1/3 cup sugar and the cinnamon; mix with apples. Turn into pie shell.
Top with chocolate chips.
In small bowl, combine the Bisquick and the 1/4 cup sugar.
Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Sprinkle evenly over pie.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until apples are tender.
If pastry browns too quickly, cap loosely with foil during last 5 to 10 minutes of baking.
