Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium carrots, peeled and sliced in strips
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Place carrot strips in a buttered casserole dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Dot with brown sugar and butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
